Privacy Policy

Last updated 9 August 2026

This site is operated by Tenpoint Studio (“we”, “us”). This notice explains what we process when you visit, and why.

What we process

This site has no accounts, no sign-up forms and sets no cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors or sell data to anyone.

Why

To keep the site available and defend it against abuse, and to understand which platforms send visitors. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — running and securing a website, and measuring in aggregate whether it works.

How long

Technical logs are kept only briefly by our hosting provider under its own retention schedule. Click counts are kept in aggregate and contain nothing identifying.

Who else is involved

Hosting and content delivery are provided by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes requests on our behalf.

The links on this site lead to independent platforms — Telegram, Instagram, X and Fanvue among them. Once you follow a link you are on their service, governed by their privacy policies, not this one. We do not control what they collect.

Where data goes

Our hosting provider operates a global network, so a request may be handled by, and logged at, a location outside the UK or EEA — including the United States. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards our provider has in place, such as the UK and EU standard contractual clauses.

Under 18s

This site is intended for adults only and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, write to privacy@tenpointstudio.com and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we hold no database of visitors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Disclosure

We may disclose information where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Your rights

If UK or EU data protection law applies to you, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and a right to complain to your supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.

If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law — California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia and others — you may have rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.

To exercise any of these, write to privacy@tenpointstudio.com. Please note that because we hold nothing that identifies you by name, we may be unable to link a request to particular records.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date above always reflects the current version.
